General Tasting Impressions

An upfront fruity, citrusy and tropical Chardonnay in a balanced dry and comparatively opulent model, all concerning the fruity expression rounded up by a creamy oily texture. The fresh-melon dominant flavors and aromas are a little bit stunning and strange, however gratifying.

A Burgundy Chardonnay with a definite persona. No artifacts, it’s all concerning the exuberance of the Chardonnay major fruit character, but delivered with considerably of a French magnificence.

Full Tasting Notes

This Burgundy Chardonnay is available in a shiny and glossy lemon-yellow colour of medium depth, with a couple of gold hues accentuating its shininess.

The nostril is clearly dominated by major fruit aromas, and vibrant ones at that; contemporary melon, pomegranate, peach, pear and apricot. A contact of natural grassiness provides some lifted spiciness, virtually a contact of mintiness. Elderflower and lily give a way of a floral edge to the fragrant profile.

A lovely and upfront fruity/floral chardonnay to odor, wealthy and layered in its fruity expression, but with a sure magnificence and restraint.

The palate is dry and creamy, bursting with pear and peach fruity flavors, however ones that appears to be coated in contemporary cream. Considerably like a contemporary pear and peach fruit salad that may be lined in whipped cream it tastes like. Nice!

Oily texture, dry sensation balanced by the richness of the fruitiness, and silky phenolics give a salivating textural end with a way of saltiness.

Get pleasure from 🙂
